Evergreen Nursery

This is just about great customer service. I inquired via email about a particular plant and got a reply the same day. But what was even better was, when the responder realized they had made a mistake in saying the plant was not in stock, they emailed me again the same day to correct their mistake! This is not a level of service one finds often nowadays, and to me speaks very well of this nursery!

What a beautiful nursery indeed! My first time here and the nursery is well maintained with outdoor chairs, tables, bird baths, variety of plants and the staffs are super friendly. Came to learn the nursery also provides gardening services for home owners. This got my interest and now I'm looking into hire the gardeners from the nursery who knows about plants, trees, shurbs, lawns etc.

To start, its easy to get here and the parking lot is spacious. The staff were all so friendly and helped me find the staghorn fern I've been looking for and had the right care materials as well. The plant selection is incredible, one of the coolest nurseries around the Bay Area!

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased several fruit trees from this nursery about two months ago. At the time of purchase, I specifically asked the cashier what would happen if one of the trees did not survive. I was told that I could return it within two months. One of the trees began to decline shortly after planting. Rather than returning it immediately, I spent weeks trying to save it by watering it regularly and providing additional plant food. Unfortunately, it continued to deteriorate. Today, on what I believed was the last day of the two-month return period, I brought the tree back to the store. I was then told by another cashier that the return or replacement policy is actually only two weeks. The manager was contacted and also stated that nothing could be done because the two-week policy had expired. I understand that businesses have policies and that they need to follow them. However, my frustration comes from the fact that I relied on the information given to me by the cashier when I made the purchase. Had I been told the correct policy, I would have returned the tree much sooner instead of spending weeks trying to revive it. What disappointed me most wa

No acknowledgement whatsoever, only until I was at the cash register. Plants are a little on the pricey side, compared to big box stores and other nurseries, but overall a good selection. Maybe I came on a bad day. I might try another day. Parking is sparse but it wasn't busy when I went.
